10-12 c. regular oats
1 c pumpkin seeds
½ c. sunflower seeds
1 c. shredded sweetened coconut
¼ c. sesame seeds and/or flaxseeds
1 c. sliced almonds
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. raisins, currants, dried cranberries, or blueberries
1 c. honey
1 c. oil (I use coconut oil or canola)
1 t. vanilla
• Combine honey and oil. Add vanilla.
• Pour over oat mixture and stir well.
• Drop from spoon onto waxed paper.
