Pumpkin Pie

2 cups canned or cooked pumpkin (1 lb. can)
1/2 cup honey
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1 2/3 cup evaporated milk (1 can)

Directions:
• Slightly beat eggs.

• Add the rest of the ingredients.

• Pour mixture into unbaked pie shell.

• Bake @425 degrees for 15 minutes.

• Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees.
Bake an additonal 45 minutes, or until knife
inserted in center comes out clean.
